After graduating from the University of Colorado, Jeff began his career in logistics when he joined Imperial Distribution of Denver in 1975. He served as President of Imperial until 1989 when Imperial was purchased by Acme Delivery. In 1995, Jeff and Acme founder, Jack Grunwald became partners, and later Jeff became majority owner. A consummate entrepreneur, Jeff has amazing creativity and skill in dreaming big and putting together a talented team that has helped build Acme’s 71-year legacy with pride and purpose. Jeff is passionate about the art and science of logistics and about the people with whom he works.
Seth GoldfogelVice President of Transporation/Customer Service

Seth joined Acme in 2002, working in data analytics and project management. He places a tremendous amount of value on Acme’s rich heritage, culture and focus on the client experience. Seth’s role within the organization is unique. He represents the next generation of executive leadership while having direct ties to the company’s existing ownership and strong reverence for all of the legacy, history and hard work that has gone into making Acme what it is today.
Nancy ManillaChief Financial Officer

Nancy joined Acme in 1980 with a degree in accounting. She was promoted to CFO in 1989. Nancy is responsible for the daily financial management, budgetary projections, costs control, and financial analysis. She truly enjoys the Acme family and appreciates the successes and challenges that Acme has seen over the years. Although her background is in accounting & finance, Nancy also enjoys digging into the details of accuracy in all areas of the business that Acme’s customers and employees expect.
Doug Sampson CPIM CSCPSr. Vice President

After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado, Doug’s career in logistics began as a part time summer job unloading boxcars at Imperial Distribution. In his 38 years, Doug has worked in every position of the company, its operational foundations, material handling and designs. Utilizing his skills, innovation and proven proficiency in TQM, Business Integration and Intelligence and Financial & Data Analytics Doug has had the good fortune of working with over 1,000 different clients in most every facet of Supply Chain including Supply Chain Planning, Optimization, Productivity, Consulting, Quality, Transportation, Real Estate, Legal and of course Third Party Logistics. As an active leader in both local and national trade associations including legislative interactions, he is constantly learning, sharing and growing his passion for Acme and the Supply Chain Industry. Doug is also a Shareholder in Acme.
Glenn OlesonVice President Operations

Glenn began his career at Acme Distribution in 1989 in facilities management. He expanded his role in 1998 to include all warehouse operations. He has a diverse background in building construction, commercial real estate, and warehouse operations. Glenn is grounded in the belief that any job worth doing is worth doing right. His dedication and relentless drive enabled him to become a minority owner in 2007.
Doug Draper Director of Business Development

Doug started with Acme in 2009 and has over 22 years of logistics and supply chain sales and marketing experience. He has worked with various multi-national organizations along with several Colorado-based businesses. Doug is passionate about education and enjoys working with the next generation of supply chain professionals. He feels strongly that Acme’s family culture makes him a better employee, and a better person.
Andy Sinclair Director of Warehouse Operations

Andy grew up in a small rural town in South Dakota. He moved to Denver shortly after graduating from Northern State University. In August of 2009, Andy began his career at Acme as a project manager. Through his excellence in handling a variety of projects and setting up new clients, he was promoted to Director of Warehouse Operations. Andy thoroughly enjoys working with management and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth to benefit not only Acme, but to its valued clients.
Hillary Sinclair Customer Service Manager

Hillary has been with Acme since 2013, starting as a Customer Service Representative, learning everything she could about the industry and its many nuances. Since 2015, Hillary assumed the role of Customer Service Manager, and has worked to implement process compliance, increase customer satisfaction, and improve the employee experience at Acme. She is a firm believer that if your employees enjoy coming to work each day, their quality of work is greatly increased.
